What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in an ICT support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, manage networks and backups, and build on my cybersecurity administration skills.

I'm a Junior ICT Engineer at Intelo IT, supporting users, devices, software installations, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and technical troubleshooting. I also manage Sophos Firewall settings, including firewall rules, network policies, VPN access, user permissions, and security settings.

I've gained practical experience monitoring storage servers and backups using VEEAM, Redstor, and Bomgar, while documenting backup failures and troubleshooting accessible servers. Alongside my ICT training and completed CompTIA A+ and Computer Technician NQF5 qualifications, I'm one module away from completing my BSc in Information Science at UNISA.
