I’m an animal health and operations professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in veterinary clinical environments. I bring direct patient care skills (animal handling, surgical and dental prep, diagnostics, blood draws, vaccines, and anesthesia monitoring) together with the operational discipline of a senior records manager.

My core strength is Release of Information (ROI) — end-to-end lifecycle management and authorization validation. I handle medical records redaction, indexing, and digital migration with HIPAA compliance (45 CFR Parts 160/164) and audit preparation, while applying SOPs to determine what clinical information to include or redact.

I also lead teams and improve workflows: I’ve mentored staff, supported scheduling and payroll administration, and tracked production metrics for accuracy. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I actively use DMAIC methodology to strengthen quality and compliance while meeting production benchmarks.
