I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can use healthcare operations and revenue-cycle insights to improve billing workflows, perform gap/root-cause analysis, and deliver data-driven recommendations through dashboards and business cases.

I’m a results-oriented Business Analyst transitioning from 1+ year in healthcare operations, where I focused on business operations and IPD billing at Fortis Hospital. I analyze complex billing workflows, run root cause analysis on process exceptions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive practical resolution.

Through two end-to-end analytics projects, I’ve built dashboards and business cases using Excel, SQL, and Power BI—translating data into clear findings, recommendations, and measurable impact. I’m especially motivated by gap analysis, SOP development, and revenue cycle insights, and I want to apply that healthcare domain strength while continuously growing my analytics and business problem-solving at scale.
