I’m an analytical professional with 3.5+ years of experience across healthcare and energy-utility domains, specializing in client operations, data analysis, and process improvement. I enjoy diagnosing complex operational and data issues and structuring findings into actionable reports.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end invoicing operations for healthcare client accounts, serving as a front-facing secondary point of contact and translating client requirements into operational actions. I partner with engineering and product teams to resolve data discrepancies and processing errors through root-cause fixes.

Previously, as a Data Analyst, I investigated and resolved data integrity issues within a large-scale US utility tariff dataset, covering outdated records, manual entry errors, and missing data fields. I built Excel-based dashboards and RCA reports to help internal stakeholders track data quality trends and make better decisions.

I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics, and I’m drawn to roles where structured problem-solving and quantitative rigor meet client-facing communication. I aim to contribute as a Business Analyst by turning messy data and workflows into dependable, measurable outcomes.
