What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead career services, placement strategy, employer engagement and industry partnerships where I can strengthen graduate employability, build sustainable recruitment pipelines and improve placement outcomes.

I've led Career Services, Corporate Relations and Placement Readiness at Lloyd Business School, building industry partnerships and securing collaborations with IBM and Automation Anywhere. My work contributed to 80–85% placement outcomes through structured employability initiatives and recruiter engagement.

At GLA University, I led Career Services, Training & Placement, Employer Engagement and Industry Relations across multidisciplinary programmes. I drove campus recruitment strategy, corporate partnerships, internship initiatives, placement operations and student employability.

Through Brain Safari Learning Solutions, I delivered executive learning, leadership, finance and employability programmes for universities, professional bodies and corporate organizations. I've trained more than 5,000 graduates, postgraduates and professionals in leadership, communication, finance, behavioural excellence and workplace readiness, including programmes for ICAI, ICSI, IIM Guwahati, CII, Tata Technologies, Coca-Cola, Adani Data Center and SOIL Gurgaon.

I'm a Chartered Accountant with earlier experience in corporate advisory in Singapore, banking at Syndicate Bank, and finance at Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces. I bring corporate finance, business advisory, credit management and operational finance experience to industry–academia collaboration and career development.
