At Thrive Matrix - Ignite your Potential, I founded an independent HR consulting venture spanning talent acquisition, payroll management, and a language academy. I’m building a corporate wellness and L&D offering that integrates movement-based stress reduction with organizational psychology.
At The Banyan Group, I designed and delivered training programs reaching approximately 200 employees. At Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, I led L&D strategy across six resorts serving approximately 3,000 employees and ran fast-track development programs for management trainees.
Across hospitality and corporate sectors, my work has included HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and learning strategy. I’m pursuing a BA in Psychology to deepen my behavioural expertise in talent development.
