Sounak Saha

@sounaksaha1

I support recruitment, HR operations, and customer-facing teams through hospitality and retail management experience.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in recruitment or HR where I can apply my management, communication, and customer-service experience while continuing to grow through practical responsibility and training.

I've supported customer-facing operations as an Assistant Store Manager at Lenskart, bringing experience in team coordination, management, and communication.

My hospitality foundation includes industrial training with Alila Hotels Resorts and an internship at Taj Hotels, alongside an internship at Akash Fab. These experiences helped me build practical skills in service, leadership, and workplace operations.

I'm pursuing an MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations and developing my recruitment, human resource management, Excel, business communication, and Google Workspace capabilities through ongoing certification courses.
