I've built and rolled out HRIS systems for industrial workforces, including digitising records, attendance, and payroll inputs for 300+ employees at JP Autoclavers & Co. (Vedanta Aluminium). I designed an onboarding-to-exit framework and maintained six years of zero compliance lapses.

At HM Power & Cables, I'm leading a plant HRIS rollout while managing PF, ESIC, CLRA, payroll documentation, recruitment, and factory compliance. I build practical governance tools such as compliance calendars, audit checklists, and statutory tracking workbooks.

At Field Motor Pvt. Ltd. (Motherson Group), I led compliance and administrative build-out for a ₹5 crore+ showroom project, securing regulatory approvals and coordinating vendor contracts through operational handover. I combine hands-on HR operations with Zoho People, Python, Excel VBA, and advanced Excel to make HR processes more reliable and digital.
