I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive HRMS/payroll process improvements, and ensure EPF/ESIC compliance—while using data and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience.

I’m an HR professional with 6+ years of experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle across IT services and non-profit sectors, from hire to retire. I bring deep expertise in HRMS implementation, payroll management, Performance Management System (PMS), and statutory compliance (EPF/ESIC).

I’ve led large-scale HR technology rollouts, including an end-to-end ZingHR HRMS implementation for a 1000+ employee organization and a GreytHR-to-ADP payroll migration at AXISCADES Technologies. I’m comfortable owning data preparation, vendor coordination, go-live closure, and ongoing HRMS transactions like exit processing, probation confirmations, and attendance management.
