I’m an HR professional with 10 years’ experience managing complete HR functions across talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and data management. I’m known for independently owning the employee lifecycle across multiple locations, delivering accurate reporting, and keeping a calm, diplomatic approach during complex situations.

Currently, as Human Resources Manager at Kraus Casuals Private Limited, I single-handedly manage HR operations for 1500+ employees across 1200+ retail stores in India. I lead end-to-end payroll with 100% accuracy, successfully implemented GreytHR HRMS (data cleanup, workflows, payroll config, migration, and go-live), and rebuilt LOGIC ERP payroll to achieve the company’s first accurate payroll run after repeated failures. I also drive onboarding and attendance monitoring (Truein), manage statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT/LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, S&E, CLRA, Mathadi/Muqaddum), handle disciplinary and grievance resolution with POSH coordination, and provide monthly MIS/HR dashboards and manpower cost reports to management.
