What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear solution specifications, data flows, and acceptance criteria while partnering closely with engineering teams through Agile delivery.

After 9.5+ years in software and data engineering, I've found that the part of my work I enjoy most and do best is defining solutions rather than building them: gathering requirements, writing clear specifications, documenting designs, and aligning teams on the right approach. I'm seeking a Business Analyst role so I can focus on this full-time, using my technical background to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams and help projects get delivered with less ambiguity and rework.
