I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical operations, account success, and data analytics to solve problems fast, improve processes, and support customers with clear communication across teams.

I’m a Technical Operations Solutions Specialist with a versatile background spanning technical operations, account success, customer service, and data analytics. I’m known for coordinating cross-functional teams across cultures while resolving issues quickly and keeping workflows moving.

In my current onsite role at New Space Aménagement, I manage operational communications across Morocco, Egypt, and international stakeholders, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, and maintain ticketing systems. I also produce daily and monthly operational reports that track performance metrics and support continuous process improvements.

Earlier, I handled sales and upsell for the automotive industry across the USA and Canada, managing client accounts with HubSpot and following up with dealers to protect satisfaction, growth, and retention. I’ve also managed reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds using AMADEUS, while handling inbound and outbound calls for multiple markets.

My career began with trust & safety leadership as a Senior Lead Trust & Safety Specialist at Meta (Facebook & Instagram) through Majorel Africa, where I enforced moderation guidelines, handled user appeals, reported policy issues, and trained new team members. Today, I continue to strengthen my analytics and digital capabilities through certifications in data analytics and digital marketing, while also running social media with monthly performance analytics.
