At Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, I deliver healthcare capital and infrastructure projects across a major teaching-hospital estate. I delivered the £8m Urgent Care Centre and the UK’s first perfusion suites within main theatres in live clinical settings.
I took the Cambridge Surgical Skills Training Centre and Cambridge Digital Health Training Centre from vacant shell to live clinical-education facilities, and fully commissioned the 56-bed Regional Surge Centre and Cambridge Surgical Movement Hub under COVID-19 pressures.
Earlier, in Blood Sciences, I improved sample-processing efficiency by 38% and cut operating incidents by 59% through training, new SOPs and waste reduction. Before joining the NHS, I built Apollon Trade S.A. from start-up to €500k+ annual revenue and applied my mechanical-engineering background to product specification and supplier quality.
