I am a customer-focused banking professional with over eight years of customer service experience, five years in banking, and six years in marketing. I bring a proven ability to translate creative marketing strategies into measurable client engagement and product growth.

In my banking roles I have served as a Relationship Banker and Personal Banker II, leading lobby operations, resolving complex account issues, and conducting outreach to expand the customer base. I routinely facilitate account openings, advise on savings and investments, and coordinate with specialized partners to meet client needs.

As a Teller Manager and Bank Teller I managed vault operations, trained team members, and handled more than 100 transactions daily during peak periods. As Marketing Manager at Bin There Dump That I created campaigns, revamped social media, built an interactive website, and maintained sales inventories to drive new client acquisition.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Communications and a minor in Marketing and Public Relations and have been recognized on the Dean’s List and multiple honor societies.
