What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused financial services role where I can build trusted relationships, provide accurate account support, protect members from fraud, and continue growing through training and collaboration.

I'm currently serving members at Wright-Patt Credit Union, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while protecting account confidentiality and helping resolve issues quickly. I build rapport at the teller line, verify member identity to support fraud prevention, and connect members with mortgage or investment services when needed.

Previously, I spent nearly nine years as a Lead Relationship Banker at LCNB National Bank, where I supported account opening, client follow-up, vault security, and relationship retention. My earlier customer-facing work at Great Clips strengthened my ability to deliver attentive service, handle payments accurately, and build repeat client relationships.
