What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to apply my operations, monitoring, and exception-management skills to transportation operations and network exception management.

At Accenture, I monitor operational alerts in a rotational-shift environment, resolve issues according to SOPs and SLAs, and route exceptions to the right teams.

I track open items through resolution, follow up on pending issues, and prepare shift handovers so incoming teams have clear status and next steps. I also maintain incident and service-task records in ServiceNow.

At Plasmid, I cleaned and analysed datasets for reporting and gained exposure to Power BI dashboards. I also built a YouTube transcript summarizer using Python, Google Gemini AI, and Streamlit.
