I am a Data Analyst with over 4+ years of experience in turning complex operational data into actionable business strategies. I have a strong technical foundation in SQL, Excel, and Power BI and python.

My career began with a three-year tenure at Morgan Stanley as a Production Support Engineer. In this role, I managed live monitoring and incident response for business-critical applications. I was responsible for extracting data from ServiceNow and utilizing Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and SQL (Joins, Window Functions) to perform trend analysis on system downtimes and technical rollouts. I also developed Power BI dashboards to track agent KPIs, which successfully reduced SLA breaches by 20% through continuous process improvement.

Most recently, I spent a year in a dual Operations and Analytics role where I led the digital online personal apparel brand. I took a hands-on approach by building the backend infrastructure and integrated data-driven decision-making into every department. I leveraged A/B testing to optimize ad performance By analyzing the checkout funnel and payment gateway metrics and dropoffs we did testing to optimize the webpage . I used Excel and Statistics to manage real-time inventory dashboards, uncover trends and discover growth opportunities. Also to forecast plan and execute strategies across teams. I have leveraged VBA and Macros to automate the refreshing of data Every week. Helped the marketing team with data cleaning of customers and to target each customer with proper ads that helps revenue growth.

Currently, I am further advancing my technical stack by mastering Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for statistical modeling. I am also preparing to expand into cloud data environments like AWS Redshift and S3 and also planning to take AI/ML initiatives in the future and learn about NLP LLM and transformers etc.
