At Accenture, I monitor enterprise production applications and infrastructure in a 24×7 Command Center using Dynatrace and BigPanda to support maximum service availability.

I create, categorize, and manage ServiceNow incidents, prioritize alerts by business impact, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams during production outages and Major Incident Management bridge calls. I also perform event correlation and initial impact analysis to reduce duplicate alerts and accelerate resolution.

I use weekly and monthly trend analysis to raise Problem Records and support root cause analysis and long-term fixes.

I prepare shift handovers, Post Incident Review details, and operational reports while contributing to automation initiatives that reduce repetitive monitoring work and strengthen business continuity.
