What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an insurance customer service or broker role where I can support compliant policy servicing, claims handling, and customer retention while continuing to progress toward my CIP qualification.

I've supported insurance customers at Arachas Corporate Brokers and Mapfre Assistance (Mawdy), handling policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, rebrokes, and claims notifications for motor and home policies.

I use Relay and Applied Payments, maintain accurate records, and work in line with the Consumer Protection Code, APA standards, data protection, and insurance regulations. I'm currently working towards my CIP qualification.
