What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can apply customer communication, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and security-minded problem-solving while continuing to grow my computer programming and IT support capabilities.

I've supported customers, protected assets, and handled high-pressure incidents across Bass Pro Shops, the U.S. Army, and Nova Southeastern University.

As an Asset Protection Manager at Bass Pro Shops, I improved customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, reduced incidents through communication and customer engagement, and strengthened team performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.

My background includes military law enforcement, investigations, IT support, and audio visual installation. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a SECRET Clearance, and am building my computer programming skills to expand into remote IT and customer support work.
