At Smart Sand, Inc., I directed technology operations and end-user support for more than 300 users and endpoints across five U.S. states and Canada. I led an eight-person technology team and handled support escalation, endpoint services, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.

I used PowerShell for Windows administration and operational support, and worked with technical and business teams to investigate issues and prioritize service needs. I also coordinated providers and internal stakeholders to resolve technology problems.

At Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI), I supported Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 data center environment. My work included systems administration, escalations, and backup and recovery operations.

At Computer Gurus / Nomad Broadband, I built and operated an IT services and broadband business serving more than 130 client organizations. I provided workstation, server, network, and remote and on-site troubleshooting, including for dental practices.
