I specialize in international recruiting, HR operations, organizational development, and change management, with a strong track record of building scalable HR structures and partnering with leadership on hiring strategy and people operations.

In my most recent role as an Operations Manager / Independent Recruitment Consultant, I’ve led operations and customer experience management while delivering hiring initiatives and organizational projects, supporting lead generation and sales campaigns. Previously, I built and led HR in a global remote-first company, managing and developing an international HR team and leading recruiting across Europe, Asia, and the US (100 to 1000+ FTEs), and I’ve also driven employer branding, assessment centers, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced organizations.
