I'm looking to lead workforce planning and people analytics work that turns complex data into better staffing, retention, labor-cost, and operational decisions alongside HR, Finance, Operations, and senior leaders.

At Gategroup, I lead enterprise workforce planning and people analytics for multi-unit aviation operations, aligning labor capacity with demand, productivity, and organizational health indicators.

I build predictive labor models using Power BI, UKG/Kronos, OPRS, and SACs, and use correlation, regression, and variance analysis to identify staffing gaps, labor-cost drivers, and productivity trends.

Previously at CIBC, I led national contact-center forecasting, reforecasting, and capacity planning. I delivered workforce insights through Tableau, Verint, Genesys, and Cognos, while partnering on WFM enhancements, UAT, and training for analysts and leaders.

I work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and senior leaders to turn complex workforce data into hiring, retention, scheduling, and operational decisions.
