I'm looking to help leaders prepare for operational changes by translating workforce data into practical decisions on forecasting, capacity, staffing, reporting, and operational readiness.

At DIRECTV & AT&T, I've helped Operations, Workforce Management, and BPO partners turn demand forecasts and workforce data into staffing, capacity, and readiness decisions.

I've evaluated the workforce impact of enterprise initiatives, product changes, routing updates, and IVR changes before implementation. My analyses supported expanded Voluntary Time Off strategies that contributed to $1.5M in capacity savings, while redesigned intake criteria and Asana workflows reduced the active project portfolio by 40%.
