Sonia Ferhat

I'm currently supporting publication and coordination activities at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, including workflows connected to the International Labour Conference and its 187 Member States.

I coordinate documents from submission through final validation, work with authors, external providers and internal service units, and build advanced Excel tracking tools to monitor deadlines, deliverables and workflow milestones. I also prepare, review and quality-control official publication materials while handling sensitive information under institutional procedures.

Before the ILO, I supported international arbitration, data privacy and cybersecurity matters at LALIVE, Squire Patton Boggs, Jones Day, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton across Geneva, London, Paris, and Rome. My work has included managing case files, filings, hearing materials, procedural deadlines, stakeholder communications, and confidential records.

I bring more than ten years of structured administrative and procedural coordination experience to multicultural institutional and legal environments.
