What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and seeking opportunities to design and lead enterprise learning solutions, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver impactful learner-centric digital experiences.

I'm currently designing complex corporate training curricula at Gallagher Centre of Excellence for enterprise clients across the UK and USA, using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Clipchamp, and Vyond. I translate technical requirements with global SMEs into learner-centric digital courses while managing quality assurance, updates, and compliance reviews.

Previously, I led custom learning projects valued from $3M to $10M at eNyota Learning for Fortune 500 clients including Eli Lilly, GSK, Maersk, AWS, Johnson & Johnson, and New York University. I progressed from Instructional Designer to Manager in three years, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing Agile delivery, and building learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
