I’m a Deputy Manager in Instructional Design with 14+ years of building enterprise learning solutions that scale. I lead learning design teams and partner with stakeholders to translate business capability needs into ILT, VILT, blended, and digital learning experiences.

At Deloitte USI, I’ve led digital learning transformation for enterprise ILT programs reaching 5,000+ learners. I oversee the full practice span across active projects—handling planning, staffing alignment, portfolio distribution, target metrics, and reporting against practice-level goals.

I’m deeply experienced in learning experience design and training needs analysis, using frameworks like ADDIE and adult learning theory to create instructor and participant materials, facilitator guides, and digital learning assets. I’ve also built a Digital Learning Transformation Toolkit to enable structured ILT-to-digital conversion at scale.

I bring strong authoring and AI-augmented capabilities, with expertise across tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, and AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Adobe Firefly. I focus on measurable outcomes—while mentoring teams, managing risk, and aligning stakeholder expectations across global workflows.
