What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR leadership role (HR Head/HRBP/HR Director) where I can run HR operations and employee relations, pair it with legal advisory and contract governance, and ensure compliance while aligning people strategy to business goals.

I lead the HR function at VORMIREX, setting HR policies and governance, running the end-to-end HR lifecycle, and advising leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy. I also manage employee relations—grievances, disciplinary actions, and retention initiatives—while keeping statutory compliance and labor-law risk front and center.

Before that, I spent years at Lancesoft India managing HR operations, HR MIS reporting, performance management, and engagement programs that improved morale and reduced attrition. Earlier, I built a strong legal foundation through contract lifecycle work with Infosys BPM and legal drafting, vetting, and advisory through YVN & Associates, including agreements like MSA, SOW, SLA, NDAs, and tenancy documents.
