What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my IT support, information systems, networking, database, and document-management experience in a high-impact technical environment while growing in software engineering, data analytics, backend development, and cloud computing.

At ETAZuma Mining Company, I support the SharePoint Document Management System, resolving hardware, software, network, and document-access issues for employees across departments. I also led Archive 1 and Finance & Accounts digitization work, turning handwritten registers into searchable records and improving retrieval efficiency by over 40%.

Previously, as an NYSC Corp Member in the DMS Unit, I digitized and indexed organizational records, supported users, and contributed process improvements for document search and retrieval.
