I’m a Sales Officer focused on turning strong execution into measurable revenue results. My career objective is to work in an environment that encourages me to succeed and grow professionally while using my skills and knowledge appropriately.

Over the years, I’ve generated secondary sales and capitalized it to primary sales while managing sales targets and key sales parameters. I’ve also led coverage across multiple districts, including Dumka, Godda, Deoghar, Pakur, Sahibganj, and Jamtara.

In my recent work, I’ve been responsible for launching and scaling markets—most notably launching Shyam Steel in the Godda market by appointing 22 new dealer outlets within a short span of one year. I’ve also achieved ever highest premium sales percentage in Emami Cement and currently work as TSI based at Deoghar district, governing sales parameters for surrounding districts.

Alongside execution, I bring a practical people-and-process mindset: I’ve built teams, supported decision-making in the field, and solved on-ground challenges to protect sales performance. My background also includes technical experience as a Technical Officer (LATF) and BD Officer (Technical), along with a B.E. in Civil Engineering.
