I’m looking for a customer-centric role in operations or client/account support where I can use MS Excel reporting, billing/accounting accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder coordination—while applying my MBA in Business Analytics to improve decision-making.

I’m a customer-focused operations professional with experience across customer service, hospitality coordination, accounting support, and sales coordination. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics, bringing strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities to fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

In my roles, I handled customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, assisted with account-related queries, maintained accurate customer records and operational reports, and coordinated with internal teams to resolve concerns. I use MS Excel for operational tracking and data management, and I work with compliance-focused processes and sensitive information professionally.

I also supported billing and day-to-day accounting through invoice and transaction documentation, and I contributed to reconciliation and financial reporting. Alongside this, I’ve led sales and marketing coordination to improve customer acquisition and ensured smooth service delivery through strong stakeholder communication and attention to detail.
