In my current role at Sundance Cigars Shop, I provide support via phone, chat, and email, assisting 500+ customers per month while maintaining a positive customer experience. I handle follow-ups to resolve inquiries, improve satisfaction and retention, and keep customer accounts accurate in company systems.

I focus on consistent performance against service volume goals and high-quality standards, using 3CX for efficient call handling and Ventux CRM plus Google Sheets to manage customer information and track activity. I’m currently seeking a remote opportunity in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, or Administrative Support to keep growing professionally.
