Currently, I support approximately 220 employees at SOLANGE, where I focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. My role involves ensuring effective strategies in areas such as performance management and diversity and inclusion.

Previously, I served as the HR & Recruiting Manager at PandaDoc in Portugal, where I played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence, growing the team from 1 to nearly 50 employees within a year. My responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, negotiating legal and administrative procedures, and redesigning HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
