I'm looking to lead AI-powered SaaS products from discovery through go-to-market, combining product strategy, Agile delivery, user research, and cross-functional team leadership in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment.

At Purple Sky Infotech, I championed the Purple Agentic vision with founders and launched four AI products—Voice Calling, SMS, WhatsApp, and a unified multi-channel platform—while delivering Purple Suite, a five-module business platform.

I've authored 200+ PRDs and user stories, led Agile ceremonies, and used user research, stakeholder findings, and delivery metrics to cut post-release change requests by 35% and increase release velocity by 25%. I also scaled a cross-functional team from 9 to 40 people, built product wikis and SOPs, and maintained 95%+ client satisfaction through demos, onboarding, and responsive prioritization.

Before Purple Sky Infotech, I led product, HR, operations, call-centre, and market research initiatives at Farmkart, turning farmer research, customer feedback, and operational data into payment-product decisions, improved app ratings, stronger fulfillment accuracy, and better customer service.
