I’m looking for a role where I can own client satisfaction and high-volume workflows—reprographics, document production, and confidential handling—while partnering with teams and vendors to improve quality, streamline operations, and support training.

I’m an Office Services Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and client satisfaction matter. Across high-volume reprographics and print workflows, I coordinate requests end-to-end while building strong client relationships and improving materials as needed.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Reprographics Associate/Operator and then Reprographics Supervisor, managing document production, assigning tasks to operators, maintaining workflow schedules, and performing quality assurance to ensure every deliverable is correct and presentation-ready. I also partnered with executive staff to enhance marketing materials and provided feedback to raise quality.

As a Client Relations Manager, I became the primary point of contact for clients—resolving inquiries quickly, coordinating with vendors and the facility team for conferences/meetings (including A/V and catering), and setting clear expectations. I’ve also developed training materials for team members and annual internship programs, and earlier supported an IBD team through calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
