In my current Commercial Project Manager role, I led the rollout of a digital forecast-tracking tool, owned monthly and annual forecasting, and managed an accounts receivable portfolio exceeding MXN $100M.
I've translated Function Controlling requirements into practical solutions, contributed to ERP migration templates using Agile methodology, and partnered across finance and support functions on budgeting, closing, and reporting. I'm looking to bring my finance-to-technology bridge-building experience into a Product Owner role.
