What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a remote Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Customer Service Representative role where I can provide organised, empathetic client support, manage tasks independently, and use my digital and record-keeping skills.

I've supported patients and families at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, assisting registered nurses across wards and clinics while maintaining safe, dignified care in line with NHS standards.

I bring hands-on experience in care, support, and assistant roles, including supporting children and young people at Randstad and providing chairside, reception, scheduling, and patient-record support at Patchway Dental Practice.

I'm now transitioning into remote work as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Customer Service Representative. I use Microsoft Office, online scheduling, Zoom, Teams, and Slack to stay organised, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
