I’m looking for a UK maintenance government/public sector role where I can deliver accurate data entry, record keeping, and confidential administrative support in structured environments, meeting deadlines while strengthening organisation and document control.

I’m an Administrative & Data Support Assistant who supports remote operations across community organisations, private clients, and small businesses. I focus on accurate data entry, reliable record management, and clear, professional communication to keep work moving smoothly.

I provide remote administrative support through email and telephone coordination, responding promptly to enquiries and coordinating tasks to meet operational and project deadlines. I’m highly skilled in scheduling, calendar management, and maintaining organised documentation systems in structured remote environments.

From digitising and transcribing documents to maintaining digital records, I treat confidentiality as non-negotiable and handle sensitive information in line with data protection standards. I support routine administrative reporting and use reporting workflows to help track progress and performance.

I’ve also contributed directly to community programme administration through outreach and participant record-keeping, supporting engagement for large groups. I’m now seeking to contribute my organised administrative and data support strengths within a UK maintenance government or public sector setting.
