At Leverage Edu, I led requirement workshops for the Student Application Enhancement Project and translated stakeholder needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I analyzed application workflows and identified improvements that reduced manual steps by 20%.
I maintained traceability across 40+ requirements and coordinated UAT with QA and development teams across three Agile sprints. That work supported go-live for 1,000+ end users and helped reduce post-release defects by 30%.
At UpGrad Abroad, I supported a Lead Squared CRM implementation and a Darwinbox HRMS rollout. I analyzed sales and HR workflows, managed a Jira and Confluence backlog, and contributed to process improvements that reduced lead assignment turnaround by 25% and manual HR processing time by 35%.
