What I'm looking for

I’m looking to use my Business Analysis experience to contribute to business transformation, digital initiatives, and technology-driven solutions in a growth-oriented organization.

At KIYA.AI, I managed the complete requirement lifecycle from elicitation through UAT and production deployment.

I created and maintained BRD, SRS, and FRD documents, along with use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria that made requirements clear and testable.

I worked between stakeholders and technical teams, conducting requirement discussions and assessing the impact of new requests to help protect sprint timelines and control scope.

I used SQL for data validation and requirement analysis, and Jira and TFS to track delivery progress and issues. I also supported UAT and release readiness for AI-related, OCR, and automation projects.
