At HireRight, I coordinate project activities from planning through implementation and work with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather and document requirements. I prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
I work across Agile Scrum and Waterfall projects, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder workshops. I also perform gap analysis to identify process improvements and help teams keep requirements clear and testable.
At HireRight, I review test cases with QA and support UAT by coordinating execution, documenting defects, validating fixes, and obtaining business sign-off. I also facilitate client demonstrations and knowledge-transfer sessions.
