I’m looking for an HR role where I can support recruitment and training, strengthen positive workplace culture, and grow through hands-on mentoring—while applying my certifications in data, Python, and office automation.

I’m a passionate HR fresher committed to fostering positive workplace cultures. I’m eager to blend academic HR knowledge with hands-on experience, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to dynamic HR teams.

I’ve worked as an HR recruiter & Training and Development role at Imperium management solution, and I’ve also served as a Training co-ordinator through GCT, Nammakal and Rubicon Skill and Development Pvt. Ltd. I enjoy structured problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, especially when shaping learning and development opportunities for others.

My projects and certifications strengthen how I approach HR—exploring market trends and methods at Reliance Mall, and completing a study on the effectiveness of HR practices with special reference to Imperium management solution. I’ve also earned certifications in python office automation, CHATGPT, and Data, which I want to apply to smarter, more efficient HR work.
