What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role (Recruiter/Executive) where I can own end-to-end hiring, streamline onboarding and payroll, and grow in HR operations within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I am a motivated HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and statutory compliance gained through roles at ResumeHubs and Maylasoft.

At ResumeHubs I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, coordinated onboarding, maintained HR documentation, and tracked hiring metrics to improve efficiency. At Maylasoft I supported recruitment, processed payroll inputs, generated ESI/EPF documentation, and assisted HR audits and monthly reports.

I hold an MBA in Human Resources & MIS and a B.Sc. in Information Technology, and I pursue continual learning through certifications in entrepreneurship, SAP S/4HANA, and RPA. I am looking to contribute my recruitment and HR operations skills to support organizational growth and efficiency.
