I installed software and resolved end-user issues remotely, while managing SLAs and using ticketing tools. I also documented incidents and communicated technical resolutions.
At Reliance Retail IT, I provided application and technical support to store users across India. I resolved POS application and billing issues in real time using remote access.
I also installed POS applications and EFT machine drivers. My projects include an e-commerce website for artists built with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, as well as web application clones using React JS and Firebase, and Java, HTML, and CSS.
