What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote technical support role during US business hours where I can troubleshoot business software, guide non-technical customers, document solutions, and help clients stay productive.

I independently support nine business software clients, serving as their primary contact for bug reports, troubleshooting, onboarding, and feature requests.

I build and deploy production POS, wholesale ERP, billing, inventory, and business management systems for SMBs. My work spans Electron desktop applications, Node.js, REST APIs, SQLite, PostgreSQL, and React.

For a live retail POS system, I've resolved thermal printer compatibility issues, GST calculation edge cases, and stock-sync bugs while training shop owners on billing, inventory, and reporting.

I communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical business owners, document known issues and FAQs, and manage updates end-to-end with zero downtime. I'm available for full-time remote work during US business hours.
