As a business owner, I handled client communication, project coordination, vendor management, business development, and end-to-end project execution, giving me strong exposure to both people and business operations

My entrepreneurial experience taught me to take ownership, work independently, manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and deliver projects based on client requirements. I worked directly with clients to understand their needs, coordinate execution, and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle

I’m now looking to bring this hands-on experience into an HR role, particularly in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or People Operations. I’m interested in using technology and AI to make HR processes more efficient and improve the employee experience
