What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a SaaS Customer Success role where I can own enterprise accounts, improve onboarding and adoption, reduce escalations through proactive stakeholder management, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase retention and customer satisfaction while building leadership through my MBA.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success Manager with 2+ years of SaaS experience focused on client relationship management and customer operations. I manage enterprise accounts to improve satisfaction, reduce escalation timelines, and drive long-term retention.

In my current role, I manage 6 global enterprise clients with 100% retention and zero churn. I lead the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and training to adoption and success planning—while coordinating across product, operations, and support to ensure SLA adherence and stronger service delivery.

I also bring hands-on support experience from my internship, where I supported international onboarding and account management and helped improve operational efficiency using Shiprocket. I’m currently pursuing an MBA to strengthen my strategic business and leadership capabilities, while continuing to deliver measurable outcomes through proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
