At Swapfiets, I moved from first-line IT support to Data & AI Engineer, building AI agents, automations, and data pipelines that teams use. I deployed a customer-service ticket classification model on AWS and built LangGraph agents for warehouse and store documentation, customer service, and IT ticket resolution.
As Application Manager, I shipped 30+ production automations and designed a GDPR request-handling system that ran with almost no human intervention.
