What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead people operations and HR transformation—HRIS/PMS implementation, compliance (including POSH), performance analytics, and culture programs—partnering closely with leadership to scale teams with operational excellence.

I’m a senior Human Resources professional leading full-spectrum people operations—end-to-end lifecycle management, HR strategy, and scalable HR systems—across consultancy and mission-driven innovation environments. I architect HR policy, culture, and digital HR practices while ensuring statutory compliance, including POSH and efficient governance workflows.

At Strudcom Consultants, I spearhead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, attrition planning, performance analytics through PMS, and Learning & Development initiatives. I also oversee HRIS/PMS tool customization and integration, manage Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards, and coordinate board-level reporting and QWL programs to sustain a high-performance culture.

In a dual role as HR lead and project manager at I-DAPT HUB (IIT BHU), I managed HR operations for a technical research workforce, strengthened legal compliance and audit readiness, and supported complex government reporting through DST/Board/NMICPS portals and MoST communications. Earlier, as a Founder/Technical Advisor and educator, I led institute operations, delivered technical training, and managed curriculum and research—bringing a practical, engineering-informed mindset to talent evaluation and organizational execution.
