What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Junior or Associate Bioinformatics or Computational Biology role.

I built a phased-VCF CFTR diagnostic pipeline that extracts variant and phase information from NGS data, then uses live Ensembl VEP REST API queries for variant annotation.

For the Cross-Species Translational Fidelity Atlas, I analyzed single-cell RNA-seq data to compare preclinical NASH mouse models with human data. I also built a Streamlit platform with disease search and dynamic target-gene tables, following FAIR data principles.

I'm developing a machine-learning predictor of Alzheimer's onset from digital biomarkers, and I'm designing point-of-care diagnostic devices for sepsis and autoimmune flare indicators. My research experience also includes developing collagen and bioactive-glass composite mats for wound healing and optimizing amylase production in submerged fermentation.
